I am in USA on F-1 student visa from India and i am planning to take a transfer to Canadian university in fall 2017. the questions i have are below:
1. Do i have to apply from my home country for Canadian Student visa or I can apply it from USA office itself with all valid documents because going back to India during those months is difficult for me.
2. If I have to apply from my home country, can i apply for Student visa and then if i get acceptance for student visa and then come back to India and them hand my passport over to the High Commission in New Delhi, India for stamping.
3. If yes for the second question, can i take my medical examination in USA and then pass the result to the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi, India.
