Applying for student permit within Canada?

Hi,

I was a student at University of Waterloo, graduated on 2010, and started working (under post grad work permit)f or three years. Applied for PR, was rejected and now is on a visitor's visa.

I applied for master program, and was accepted. However, I need to know if it is possible to apply for study permit while i'm still in Canada?

As you are a visitor, you must apply for a study permit at an office outside Canada, you have the choice, Los Angeles or the office that services your country of residence.
