Applying for spousal PR when the sponsor is applying for Canadian citizenship

Hi

does anyone know if I can apply for spousal PR for my wife when I am myself applying for Canadian citizenship ? Can both applications be done at the same time or I need to wait for my wife’s application and then I apply for my citizenship?
