Applying for PR

I am planning to apply for PR. I am a Telecom Engineer Network Side. I checked the website for eligibility but dont see any category under which I can apply. If anyone has any info please do let me know

Below is the link to the CIC showing the 29 Occupations for FSW, if your occupation is not in the list then you cant apply under Federal Skilled Worker category.
