Guys, I am confused on applying for PR. Do we need to work full time for a year after getting PGWP in order to be eligible for applying PR or we can apply for PR immediately after getting PGWP? and also do we need to take IELTS test in order to prove our english proficiency even after completing 2 years master's program from Canadian University?

It's impossible to say for sure about the application for PR, because it is dependent on your specific circumstances. However, for the vast majority of PGWP holders, a full year is required. For IELTS, yes you must.
