Applying for PR

hi, Im applying for PR but I have a lot of question going on in my mind

- my daughter is in the philippines, how can I get her a passport? Do I have to go back in the Phils. to get her a passport before I start applying for PR?

- I recently got married and already using my new last name, Do I need to get a new passport stating my new last name? my passport will expire 2018, still valid for quite some time. coz i have difficulty filling up PR forms because when ask for my name, I don't know if Im going to use my maiden name or my new last name.

I just don't know what needs to be done first before I apply for PR.

given how long it can take to process a PR application personally i would sort out the passports first. You recently got married so is your spouse a PR or citizen in Canada who will be sponsoring you ?
