Applying for PR without diploma

Hi there,

I completed my undergrad in Canada and currently work full-time in Ontario. Got my ITA and am currently filling out the PR application. However, one of the required documents is the degree certificate from my university. I don't have a copy of that, the university is not releasing it yet due to unpaid loans. I do have my official transcript and a proof of enrolment which says degree granted. I was wondering if these two documents will be enough for the application?

Please let me know if anyone has faced this before.

I believe, even if you were able to apply with it. The background check and everything might bring up the unpaid loans and have a negative impact on your application. My advise would be to clear your debts with your educational institution before applying for PR.
