Applying for PR with parents

Hello,

I will apply for Permanent residence next year as i am getting short of CRS points this year. I am on post grad work permit and will have two year work experience in May next year so my question is: an i apply for PR and for my mother PR at same time as she is in india and my father dies last year. I am not sure if it is possible. I will appreciate any responses..

Parents are not dependents for PR applications. You can file her visitor visa for now and once you are a PR, you can apply her super visa.
