Applying for PR from UK/India

HI all
I am Indian and I have been living in the UK since 2010. I am about to complete my masters from UK within two months and I am exploring my options of going to Canada or Australia. The thing I realised while my stay in UK is that it is very hard to bag a good job when you have an expiry date on your visa. Hence I really want to move to a country which will give me unlimited stay and permission to work full time. Is Canada the right place for what I am looking for? I am desperately in need of help here. Do I need to have a job first to apply for PR? Do I need to go back to India or can I apply from UK itself? If anyone knows anything helpful then please reply to this thread. Thank you.

Hi Shreya,
You would need atleast one year of work experience to apply for Canadian or Australian PR. Getting a job offer without a PR is almost impossible. So, I would suggest you to first go through Canadian and Australian immigration sites and find all the details.
