I am trying to apply for perminent recidency in Canada. I am a protected person and my husband is not in Canada. I have filled out all the documents including my husband's. I am wondering if he has to sign the papers himself or can I leave that part empty? Or can he write a letter with his own handwriting stating that he is aware that i have filled all the papers and he has giving me his consent?
