I got my provincial nomination (OINP Master's) on Jan 12, 2024. I left Canada Canada to visit my home country for 2 months soon after. Can I submit my profile via the PR application portal while I am outside Canada or should I wait till I am back in Canada? I applied for a PCC before leaving Canada and my stay in my home country is less than 3 months, will the PCC be valid or will I need to get a new one once I am back in Canada? I have a job and a lease in Ontario and I can prove my intention to reside in Ontario without any issues.
