Hi I did my MBA in Mktg & Fin and have 8yrs of exp. Now I want to do PG diploma in HR/OB in Canada. Will it be a problem while applying for PR?

You need to put your query in detail.
Do you mean to say that you want to apply for PR first? Then after receiving PR, you want to study further in Canada?? If yes, then this is not a problem. However you need to show your intention to work in Canada. Once you land in Canada, then I suppose you are free to decide whether you want to work or study there first.

My CRS score is not crossing 400 (I am getting 372 only). Planning for a 2yrs PG Diploma and then apply for PR.

In that case, you need to appear for IELTS Academic module and apply for Student visa after receiving offer letter from some Univ. in Canada.

If you want to apply for PR, then you need to get real good score in IELTS General module.
CLB 9 equivalent score in IELTS - i.e. L 8, R 7, W 7, S 7 will fetch you a score about 400 or more CRS points.

You can go through the student route but it will take much longer to get PR. Your Canadian work experience during your course won't count but your work experience will count during PGWP. Improving your language score and increasing CRS will be cheaper and quicker.

As I Said I have done my MBA in Mktg & Fin and have 8+ years of exp in Business development-Inside sales.

Now I want to change my Career to HR/OB which is no close to my current exp. Will this be a problem when going for PR after doing 2yrs PG diploma?

Nobody can predict what will happen then. Governments can change and rules can change.

Is there a way to Get PR with CRS less than 400. As per my current Roles and Responsibilities - I fall under following NOC:
NOC -0125
NOC ---0124 - Advertising, marketing, public relations and e-business managers
NOC ---1123 - Business development officers and marketing researchers and consultants.

My current job roles match with the above is not exact.

You would have to try for a PNP or retake your language exams to get a higher score.

NOC code should be based on matching of 60 to 70% job duties. It is not based on job designation.
You need to find your NOC code first.

I have 8+yrs of Exp
Masters degree
Age now 31
Not married

I tried calculating CRS with the highest Score but still not able to make it........ I did little research reg PNP (My NOC option) but don't see that in any province. any help would be appreciated...

I was told that with my academic score which is btw 50 -55% (Degree & MBA) getting admission in university for Masters is tough, College is the best Option for 2yrs..

I know that I am the one who has to take a call but still would like to seek an help and get max info before I take any further step...

What do you mean by Highest score?? If you score CLB 9 equivalent scores in IELTS i.e. L 8, R 7, W 7, S 7 then your score will be above 400 for sure. Maybe even 450. To create your EE profile, you need ECA report and IELTS report.

HI, I Just wanted to know - doing a Two-Year Co-op Graduate Certificate in Business Management - Human Resources will help in getting 3yrs PR.....
