Applying for PGWP should I use old IRCC Portal or Create a new GCKey account?

Hello everyone,
I am helping a friend to apply for her PGWP. She has an existing account that she used to apply for her study Permit. It is IRCC Portal. Now she has finished school and wants to apply for PWGP

Each time she opens it takes her to GCKey section which means she has to create a new account.

She has the old IRCC Portal account.

Question

Which one should she use to apply for PGWP?
