Back on March 4, 2020 I applied to extend my study permit, which expired on April 4, 2020. I haven’t left Canada and haven’t been able to give my biometrics yet since Service Canada is closed.
I am finishing my master’s this summer and would like to start working either part-time or full-time afterwards. Assuming I don’t get my study permit extension before I graduate (who knows when Service Canada will reopen...), will I be able to start working once I apply for a PGWP even if I’m still waiting for my SP extension application to be approved?
This has been quite a headache... any help will be appreciated.
