Hi - I have applied for PGWP and now waiting for the result. My trv has expired. Is it ok if I apply for a visitor visa? Or is it better for me to wait until I get approval on my PGWP before applying for the TRV? I am currently residing in Canada. THank you.

So while waiting for PGWP under implied status, I cannot travel outside right? (assuming there is not COVID) Thank you
Yes, you need a valid TRV. There's no rule against applying for one before you receive your PGWP though.
