Applying for PGWP after passport update

Hello All,

I updated my Indian passport from Canada a few days back. I have 2 questions:

1. Should I be informing IRCC regarding the same?
2. When applying for a work permit after my studies, do I have to mention the new passport information? or both my old and new passport information?
