Applying for PCCs from outside Canada?

Hi,

I am currently on Canadian PGWP and living in Canada, but planning to visit US for 3-4 months next month and then going to India for another 3-4 months since I haven't found a job yet. If I get an ITA anytime during that period, will I be able to apply for PCCs for India, Canada and US (3 countries I've stayed over 6 months) from the US/India?

Would I need to come back to Canada for procuring any document besides the Canadian bank statements (showing proof of funds) for my EE application? That one, I can ask my bank to send by mail to me in US/India.

Yes, although the PCC from Canada is not required. See the info provided on how to get PCCs..

So can I apply at the Indian consulate in US for the Indian PCC? Any idea about processing times?

What about medical exams? Can I give that in the US too if I'm on visitor status there?

Yes. Shouldn't be more than 2-3 weeks.

Any idea if I can upload electronic bank statements if it's a Canadian bank statement? Or will I need signed/stamped? Also, how long are they valid for?
