I am applying for Open work permit in canada as a spouse of work permit holder. I have travelled here with my husband who is on a project from his company.
Q1: Along with IMM5710 do i need to fill IMM5709 too (statutory declaration of common law union. I am sure i may not need to fill this still I have doubt.
Q2: Also with IMM5710 what documents do i need to provide or attach with my application.
