Applying for OP and PR

Hi I'm live in caregiver and already completed the 24 months and my papers still in process for OP and PR. While still in process of my papers I just found out that I'm 8weeks pregnant.

My question is
It will affect my application that I'm pregnant ?
Should I tell to CIC that that I'm pregnant ?
And it can affect my medical coz when I got here in canada i had xray every year and the doctor told me that she will see me again when I process my PR application. Since I'm pregnant I can't get xray. Are they going to delay my PR application?

hi! we are in the same page here. When did you send your application for OP and PR? if its in process right now, you don't have to worry about. I called IRCC regarding on my situation and they just need to know and you should send them a letter if you changed status in Canada like if you give birth (you dont need since you're still pregnant unless you'll give birth and your paper has'nt arrived yet) if you changed address, or employer.
If you applied as Single status, I believe you don't need to go for medical exam unless they'll ask you to.
