I am a permanent resident and want to apply for my Mom's super visa.
She already has a temporary resident visa, which allows her to visit me for six months at the most.
I have a couple of questions, and would really appreciate if somebody can answer them:
1. My Mom is currently in Pakistan. Should I apply for her super visa from within Canada, or would it be better if I applied for the visa while she is back home?
2. My Mom visited me this year and actually made two trips each lasting more than four months. She went back home for only a month and then came back. She was in Canada between Dec. 2015 and Oct. 2016, and had gone back home in the month of April. She didn't overstay during either visit. Will this affect her super visa application?
