Hello All!
Looking for some info on how to apply for a federal PR. I am currently working in Quebec but plan to move to Toronto after getting married this Dec (spouse citizen btw if that info helps).
Couple of my friends from Quebec applied in express entry and got invited to apply for federal PR.
Some other friends from Quebec said that that kind of PR application might not go through and that you have get your CSQ first, then Quebec PR, then apply for federal :-[.
So I am confused as to how to go about this.
Would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
