Hello guys,
Since 2 years i am waiting for my hearing, no one with my family in back home ( wife and 3 kids)

So i wanna bring them here to visit me

What is the chance of getting visa?
Anyone tried and got approved?
Any suggestions please?

It will be very difficult because you claimed asylum and IRCC will assume they will not leave and claim asylum too. If they all apply then they have no family ties to return too. Funds should be about $10k CDN per person for a 2-3 week visit. They need to show absolute ties to return - Job letter with approved leave, business, income property, school tuition paid. Also they want to show travel history to UK, US, NZ and AUS.

So chances are almost nil. You are not a protected person nor have applied for PR.

But they wouldn’t be here just to visit. They’d be staying and you haven’t been approved as a refugee

You can try but still need to show absolute ties to return and family ties are not enough. You claimed asylum so IRCC will expect your wife and child to claim to even if they left other children behind. You did that.
