Hi there, I will be applying through express entry stream. I’m a bit worried about picking the right NOC for a number of reasons.
I’m sitting on 468 points provided my ECA comes back as expected. I’m leaning toward 2253 because it’s the closest duties but I question the wage and emplacement req...

Industrial designer 2252

My situation...
1.I have a masters degree in Product Design and Manufacture Engineering.
I have been work for a small manufacturing company for 9 months now doing mostly CAD drawings and automation optimisation for CNC machining.
I am skilled in other pieces of software, adobe suite and some rendering softwares, and so I have been able to utilise these skills for the company to.
I spend a lot of time in the workshop to, sometimes getting involved in production and conducting quality assurance on my own work- this is mostly due to the size of the company. I feel like providing all this information risks being classed as a jack of all trades and master of none, thoughts?
Note: I have 6 month of ski instructing hours so I will be using the corresponding NOC to make up the hours.
2.I am paid $16 an hour, which is higher than lowest industrial designer (2252) position and lower than lowest drafting technician (2253) position in my region.
I have read that I cannot be rejected because of being paid lower than the amount but that it can be used in support of rejecting my application. Should I ask my employer to increase my pay in line with 2253? Given that my visa ends in early November.
3.I have seen that on the NOC listing for these jobs, it says there is mobility but not between the two. I also share some responsibilities with NOC 2233. How would I show this? Do I just include it in my roles and then expect them to work it out- I’m worried about them saying that I applied using wrong NOC if that is the case.
4.Would it be wise to send pdf of the work I have been doing in support of my application. I don’t want to crowd the officer with unnecessary documents.
5. If my employer wants to keep me, will he have to carry out an LMIA- he almost certainly will not pay for it. Will this be a detrimental factor?
6. I have the employment req for industrial designer but I don’t have any college/ diploma for drafting technician but I have done 4 years at university where using CAD and producing drawings for Manufacture was a part of every project I did. I just have no previous ‘work experience’ prior to the job I have been doing. It is my first proper job since graduating.
Thank you for reading. It’s all a bit jumbled and I’ll be very impressed if you can follow my train of thought. I wanted to get everything down I have floating about in my head. Thanks in advance for your thoughts on my queries, I more than welcome any further things you think I should consider...
