Hi, I have applied for common law spouse sponsorship and open work permit in August.
I had Working holiday visa at that time but then the papers I submitted were returned asking for some fix.

Meanwhile, my working holiday got expired so I got a visitor status by leaving and coming back to Canada.

1.
So my question is does this mean I have no SIN number now? What should I do on UCI number and SIN number sections? Can I just leave it blank?

2.
And I know that the forms were updated recently and I will have to re write some forms anyway since I have a different status now.
Does that mean I just have to re print/re celibate all the other forms that were not uodated as well to match the date of velidion as one?

Any answer would be really helpful.
Thank you in advance.

1. That's correct, as a visitor you do not have a SIN number. If you had a working holiday visa I would think you probably had an existing UCI from that, but if you don't know if it's OK to put N/A. Always put N/A for things that don't apply to you, rather than leaving them blank.

2. My application was returned a couple of times and I always re-printed and signed everything so that all the dates were consistent, but that isn't really a requirement, it's more personal preference.
