Applying for citizenship

I m going to apply for Canadian Citizenship . Have few questions

1. I went to US as a truck driver back and forth for 1.5 months . But I do not have the exact records of date of entry and exit from US . How do I get that .
2. Do I have to mention jobs which I did for 4 days also here in Canada ? What if I do not have complete record of the jobs I did when I was a newcomer
3. Any government body / organization help in filling the form of Citizenship ?
