Hello,

I have a question regarding immigration and I'd be glad if you gave me some insight on it:

It's been almost five years ever since I landed in Canada as a permanent resident. However, I stayed for only 860 days in this period. Now, I know that I must have lived in Canada for 1095 within the past 4 years in order to apply for citizenship. Therefore, my question is:
if after I apply to renew my PR card and get approved, will the 860 days that I stayed in Canada with my initial PR card be counted toward the 1095-day-period?

Regards

If those 860 days fall within the last four years - then yes.
