Hello there, I am currently sponsoring my wife. I have already submitted the application package. I am also eligible for my citizenship. My question is, can I apply for the citizenship while sponsoring my wife? If I apply for the Citizenship, will the citizenship process delay my spouse visa application?

Your spousal sponsorship and citizenship are distinct applications. One has nothing to do with the other and these applications won't affect each other.
