Applying for citizenship while sponsoring my mother? Please help!

Hi everybody! i am new here and i need your help please any opinion would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently a PR here in canada for more than 3 years and wanting to apply for a citizenship.. The problem is i am planning to sponsor my mom as well.. Now my question is can it be done at the same time?

I know the processing time for citizenship could take less than 2 years and can i sponsor my mom while my citizenship is in process? Is that possible or do i have to do one at a time.. Please help... This is very important to me.. And i can't find any answer in google... Thanks in advance! God bless!

Effective November 5, 2011, no new applications to sponsor parents or grandparents are being accepted for
processing for up to 24 months. However, parents and grandparents may be eligible to visit Canada for up to two years under the Parent and Grandparent Super Visa.
