Applying for CEC with experience obtained on Open Work Permit

Hello everyone! My wife is on an Open Work Permit in Canada because I am on a Study Permit. She has been working in a NOC B for almost a year. My question is about eligibility for CEC. As I understood after one year of Canadian work experience she can apply for CEC. Is work experience obtained while on Open Work Permit works? What percent of responsibilities should match with NOC B to be eligible? Thank you!

Yes, she can apply and work experience gained on an OWP qualifies. Generally speaking, you would want at least 60% of the accountabilities to match.
