Applying for CEC.. Employer Name incorrect in the Work Permit

Need suggestions please.

I worked in 2010/2011 and in my work permit, my client's name is mentioned instead of my employer's name. I believe i had given my client letter at the airport instead of my employer letter. Even i had to extend my work permit for 6 months and even in my second work permit, my client name is mentioned

I am back in 2013 for the same employer and this time my work permit reflects properly.

So all my pay-stubs are given by my employer, the reference letter is issues by my employer.

So do you think it is a problem and if so how can i correct it.

this is really tough or you can say legal question.could be any Senior person like SB or jeson can guide you.Or you can take help from lawyer.I am saying this because, if you attach your explanation letter, CIC may hit you back why did you not get this corrected.
or the other way wait for 1 yr complete this time they apply ?

I don't think the work permit itself is a big problem (I could be wrong), and you only need to submit a copy of the most recent work permit.

The bigger issue is that you have only one letter, from your employer - you should also get a letter from your client.
 
Thanks. I can get a letter from the client(Shouldnt be a problem) but i was wondering in the application form i will have to enter the UCI no and was worried if CIC may say your employer is ABC where as on your earlier WP it XYZ(Client)
