Applying for a visa for my canadian gf baby delivery

Please I need some advice,

My girlfriend of 7 years in due in July this year, however I currently don't live in Canada again. I used to live in Toronto until my pgwp expired in January 2016, I applied to extend my stay but left after 3 weeks cause I had business issues that needed my attention in my country. Now am thinking of cancelling my current application in made in Canada and reapply for a visitor visa from my home country. What documents would I need in this situation?

If your gf is pregnant then I see a tough application as you have strong ties to come to Canada and not enough ties in your homecountry.

I do have strong ties, back here (home), business and landed properties if that what you mean by strong ties..
