Hello!

I am a french dude, currently living in Montreal, on a Working Holiday Visa I've (finally) managed to grab back in april. I am now trying to obtain a study permit to enter a copywriting certificate at the University of Montreal. I've been accepted into the program, then accepted into Quebec (got the CAQ), and I am now trying to apply for the actual study permit, but all I can find is forms for the request from outside of Canada, basically the ones I'd fill if I was still in france applying for that study permit. Here and there I've found traces of info that seemed to confirm there were ways to do it without flying back to France, but nothing absolutely definitive. It feels like there must be though. I am here on a work permit until next april, it really is to no one's benefit that I have to fly back 3000 miles to mail my application from another country.

So, for short: Has anyone here done that, applied from Canada for a study permit, while being on a working holiday visa, or knows of a way to do it? I would love you forever and tell of your tale of heroism to my grandchildren.

Thank you!
