Applying/Extending SIN Number Online

I had a valid SIN but has since expired in line with the expiration of my original study permit end date. I have extended my study permit now, so how should I go about extending the SIN number. On the website it has options:

• First SIN
• Update or Correction to SIN record
• Confirmation of SIN
• Change of Status
• Change of Expiry Date
• Other

I'm guessing its change of expiry date but just want to make sure. Has anyone done this before?

I am assuming it's going to be "Change of Expiry Date".
