applying Express Entry while family based application under process?

Is it possible to apply for Express Entry program for 2015 while the inland spousal family PR is in process?. Any idea how much would it cost and time line for that? ?

Family based spousal inland PR has been delayed by 1 yr, dont know whether it would come by end of next year too.

I would suggest you should wait for the spousal sponsorship processing instead of EE.

The sad thing is that, the family class spousal inland process has been delayed so much now looks un realistic to imagine. From 7 months in Februarys 2014 to presently 15 months at present This is for stage 1 only. Stage 2 takes additional time of 8 months Summing to 2 years at least. I am in Canada with Spouse, feels like I am stuck with the delay.

So pretty much you cannot work for 2 years.....

Well I qualify under Express Entry based on Professional Background, age and other parameters.

Inland family process always was longer than outside one. Because you are ALREADY with your spouse. You may ask for Open wrok permit or study permit (it will be expensive as for a foreigner but nevertheless)

Yes. You can apply under both programs at the same time.
