I have done 2 years work in india as an assitant producer under NOC category A. Then i did masters in australia and working as a radio broadcaster which falls in NOC B. am i eligible to apply under different NOCS categories ?????

You must choose one NOC as your primary Occupation, although you can combine all the skilled work experience to calculate the year of experience under the FSWP selection grid.
