I applied for work permit and then PR from outside Canada under LMIA - AAIP program. I got my PR outside Canada and moved to Alberta Canada with family and after landing employer did not payed for 2 months of work so I left and tried to find other work. I moved to London Ontario for further education and after completing my education I moved to Winnipeg for work. Now it has been more than 3 years since I landed in Alberta and changed my province. Can I apply for my Canadian Citizenship? Would changing my province negatively affect my citizenship application? Should I wait for more than 5 years and then apply for Citizenship? Very confused, need clarity on this. Thank you.
