You cant apply together, that impossible.

first if you are eligible apply for PR and then you'll receive AOR in 6-8 weeks.

After you receive AOR, if your work permit is going to expire within 4 months, then you are eligible for BOWP.

The are couple of incidents, where peoples BOWP got rejected and approved, who applied before 4 months of expiry....So its entirely depends on your LUCK and the mood of Visa Officer.

So My Sugession Just follow the Guidelines,

It is not possible. Some people applied for BOWP before they got their AOR and got it approved.
BUT only because they were lucky and by the time someone processed the BOWP application the AOR was issued.

That's the process of a BOWP application:

Apply under CEC - Get AOR - Submit BOWP application

Firstly, are you on a Closed work permit?
and looking to get of that at any cost?

Then you can give it a try like after Atleast receiving AOR.

But as I mentioned earlier, Dont expect a favour decesion, where you wouldn't be eligible.

I am sure the Visa officer will be very much frustrated, with the BOWP application
1. You havent received an AOR and you applied for BOWP
2. What?, the current WP id Valid for more 1 year?

My pgwp going to expire in oct2013 end I am qualified for PR in Oct end and my employer already apply for Lmo last month but Lmo now day taking long time so I want implied status after my pgwp expire that's why want to apply bridging wp air and bridging work permit both take almost same time line

I now understand.......in this case, you have no other option other then applying together. but make sure you do the correct paper work, interms of no of hrs/week and 12 months of work. and if possible try to give atleast 1 week of buffertime after you are eligible(i.e 53 weeks)

I hope you receive the LMO sooner then that....

in this case, you have no other option other then applying together.

To be clear, you cannot literally apply for CEC and the BOWP "together" because the applications go to different offices.
