Processing time from France is 12 days, but expect delays depending on your residence status. You are applying too close for comfort, IMO. It would have been best to apply last February.

Also booked plane tickets do not guarantee approval, let alone faster processing.

It is possible that IRCC may run background checks on your application which could take several weeks/months.

It's not advisable to make travel plans until you are granted a TRV first
