Applying before joining new job or after

I was thinking of started filling the forms nows. I am expecting my rejection soon may be end of this month or first week of October. Also I will be starting out with a small firm by mid October,

I am wondering will it be much better to apply after started working or I should inform them after receiving AOR. Because it will save some days for me if I apply before..may be two weeks ..ur views

Doesn't matter at all. If you apply before you start it you don't have
to mention it in your application.
If you apply after you started that job, then you will have to mention it.
If it saves you time, apply asap.
