applying again under general.can any expert tell me the hard facts plz.

Guys,my visa got rejected on the first trail and the reason given to me was ther reason-your proposed studies is not reasonable in light of your previous qualifications,future plans and level of establishment

My profile :-
10+2 in science stream
10th-67%
12th-48%
Ielts 7.0 bands(L-8,R-7,S-6,W-6)
Program:- Aircraft Maintenance (2-year diploma)
College:- Fanshawe college
Had $500 scholarship letter from college
GIC $10,000

Now I am retrying again...same course and same college
Applying without any hope because people say that below 50% of marks cannot get visa.

I have 48% printed on my marksheet but on my transcript I have 52.61% because It has included all subjects and 48% are my merit marks.

Any hopes or solutions? Chances?

Canada gives a lot of emphasis to previous educational qualification and the marks obtained.It will be better to apply in any other country than Canada,Having said that if you really want to go to Canada
1)you need to improve your SOP ,also
2)You have to show that why your application should be accepted this time,having got rejected the previous time.

Okay thanks, can I send them transcripts? If I send them transcripts then do I need to submit original marksheet? Because transcripts r official signed by schools and are in seal pack cover
