ApplyGCMS - delay

Has anyone else had experience of ApplyGCMS? I'm now 41 days since submitting my application and providing them with the required details. I have now on 2 occasions asked them when they actually submitted my application to IRCC and all they will say is that they have chased the delay up with them.

I get that there is nothing much they can do, but it is so frustrating. Has anyone had to wait this long for GCMS notes?
 
Hi, Yes I have been waiting from 47 days now and still no update from them.This morning I had contacted them and was informed that it might be delayed becoz of holidays or due to case issue

Thank you. Can anyone comment if this is specific to ApplyGCMS or if anyone using other companies are having a similar delay? I suspect they did not process my application until I chased it up after 20 days (because I didn't receive confirmation of submission after I emailed them my signed form).
 
Hi, experiencing same delay with ApplyGCMS.com its been 35 days since i applied for my GCM Notes for my last TRV application . I received a tracking no from them a day after i submitted the consent form and have been tracking since.

I have sent them 4 emails since the 30 calender days elapsed and im yet to get a response from them. It is super frustrating,

Has any one now gotten their GCMS notes from ApplyGcms now?

Hi

I just applied with them in last tow days , so should i receive tacking number from them ?
 
I have been trying to get acknowledgement and tracking number from applygcms but not getting any response after I submitted consent form.

1.) How should I confirm my request is in process?
2.) Can I apply again with other source or I shouldn't apply with two different sources?
