Applyed for PR second time.

Hi,

I have applied for PR under CEC for second time. First one refused due to not providing sufficient proof for the NOC category, "employment letters and contracts did not specify any duties performed".


For my second application I have mentioned the details about my first time refusal reason in the IMM 5996E(Q6) and also in the covering letter. And Attached the first AOR & refusal email in my secondtime PR application supporting document section.

My questions is it required to fill in the IMM 5996E( specifically question no 6), will that cause delays in my processing of my second PR application?

Yes - It's required. Since they can see the first rejection on their file, it would be considered "misrepresentation" which will lead to automatic refusal for your second application.

Whether it will cause delays - it shouldn't be. The key to your application is to provide the information that they said you were missing.

address the reason of your first refusal, many applicant do not exactly know about reference letter and get rejection. Apply as soon as possible if possible attach cover letter and explain the situation. I wish you very best of luck this time. Don't worry people get rejected even 2 times due to silly mistakes.

What is form IMM 5996E? Are you asking about background information?

I had applied second time on September 3rd application and AOR date is 1st Nov. I feel good that I have included all that. As other applicants with the same dates have already received the MR, all these doubts are creeping in the mind.

The best way is to apply for GCMS notes. The notes generate on the date when you request for it but it won't come before 30 days. At least the notes will gonna give an idea regarding your application
