Added 2 points but seems useless. Had done everything but stuck @454. Submitted OINP application on 30th January and haven't heard anything yet. Don't know if it the time to apply without spouse but think it may make things harder in the future. I am afraid the policy s going to change again. Dont expect oinp's fn till may.

Why was 1500CAD for OINP and wait for 6 months?
Can you give your CRS break up?
Apply with spouse if you're married because later on it gets hard to add spouse or accompany. Furthermore, sponsoring spouse takes somewhere around 12-18 months.

If you are planning to go alone and settle first then apply without spouse. If not the case then apply with spouse.
at 454 you should be receiving ITA in next 3-4 draw. OINP will take atleast 3-4 months for AOR as per current trend.
The new government is keeping its promise on Syrian Refugees and Family Reunification. So there are chances that processing time for spouse visa will decrease. So all these options you have. Just wait 2-3 months for ITA or OINP. If it does not work out then think of applying alone..
