When do your full-times studies start and finish? How old are your children? Does your spouse have an OWP? When is the expiry date of the OWP?

I started in Sep and complete in 2024, he has a visitor visa and valid for next two years.
They are under 12 years old

Are you planning on them attending school or just visiting? If school, then apply for study permits for them. If visiting, then specify a time that they will visit and include leave from their school or tuition paid. D

Did he get the TRV at the same time as your permit?

They coming just for visit. I would like to know how should I apply for them? Create the one application and submit both of them together or separately?
What document I need to provide, to increase chance of getting visa?

Each child needs their own application. They need to show parents’ funds, reasons to travel, ties to home country and travel history. So show their leave from school with paid tuition. You can include a letter of invitation.

They should only apply to visit during school holidays and I would limit the visit to 2-3 weeks maximum. There will obviously be concern that they are planning on remaining in Canada permanently. Proof of their attendance and registration in a school in their home country but also proof that your husband will continue working in your home country should certainly help their application.
