Apply study permit within Canada

I graduated short-term program for 6,5 months. Now I want to study another full-time program . Can I apply study permit inside Canada ? Anyone know about this please help me.

As far as i know if u r in Canada u will have to apply to CIC Los Angeles for a study permit. Just make sure u get the study permit while u still have a valid TRV to remain in Canada.

My visitor visa have still valid. But I heard new rules student who graduated short-term with visitor visa can change condition stay as student inside Canada. In my case, could I do that ?
