Apply parents visit visa

would you please advice, I just landed on 22AUG12.

My baby due day is 31DEC, so i would love to invite my parents to see my baby born moment.


Do i need to wait till i got the PR card to apply them? Or just the confirmation letter is ok?

Once you landed you already are a PR. The stamped CoPR proves it (the PR card is just confirmation and a document you can use to facilitate travel).
