It is more complicated than people applied outside of Canada. My agent told me because of my tie to Ontario is weak, it is better for me to relocate to Toronto right now in case they have questions. Study or find a job there. I am willing to move to Toronto after i got nomination for sure, but now, is it really necessary? I need to quit my job in Alberta, sell my condo, car and everything? My agent even asked me to buy an one-way ticket to Toronto. What should i do? :(

I think you should quit your agent, he seems to be not competent.
Well, current I live and work in BC, and I got the nimination from Ontario.
However, I showed ties to Ontario: friends, job opportunities, previous vacation in Ontario.

I believe you could start applying to jobs in Ontario, and later you could add this to your application showing intention to reside in ontario. Moreover, maybe you get a job there
