Hello,
My situation is a bit complicated.
I am a recent graduate at a Canadian University in Quebec who recently applied for the Certificat de Selection recently. I also sent in an application for a post-grad work permit (it was initially refused because of a stupid mistake I made and I had to apply for a restoration of status).
Now, I want to apply for Permanent Residence as a Quebec Skilled Worker. Until recently, I thought I would be living here during my application process but I have recently learned of other interesting opportunities that might require me leaving the country for a year or two. Since a good portion of my family is living here, I do want to travel back and forth.
Is it advisable to apply as outland in my current situation?
And can I apply outland while I am still in Canada before I leave for that year of travelling?
If I do want to visit Canada while abroad, can I use the post-grad work permit to come into the country?
