Apply for working holiday visa when I am 30 and work after I turned 31?

Hi

Can you guys be kind and help me with this question? I am now 30 and will turn 31 in April.

Can I apply for a working holiday visa now and it will still be valid after I turned 31? I will go to Toronto in early March so if I physical need to be there could it be possible before I go home to Sweden. However I plan to start working around summer time.

Please provide me with offical links if possible

Once you have been invited to apply then you qualify for the program given you would still be 30 at the time of the invite.

Also once your POE is issued as long as you land within the POE validity date does not matter if in mean time your 31st birthday occurs.

When you land as long as you meet the requirements with travel insurance for the full term, access to 2500 cdn your work permit would be issued whether you reach 31 during the validity of the work permit or not.

Another question, do the working permit need to be issued before I turn 31 or just that I need an application date before I turn 31?
