Apply for visitor visa - problem with uploading of IMM5257 form for applying visitor visa on line.

Hi I have filled in the visitor application form IMM5257 for applying the tourist visa online. The IMM5257 is in pdf format and has been validated with barcode printed on the last page. Somehow I still cannot upload it to the IRCC website/portal. Can someone please help me. Thankyou.
